Apple Blanket — Corner-to-Corner (C2C) Technique Chart (worked as charted) The blanket is worked corner-to-corner in diagonal rows of tiles. Increase section (bottom of chart): each tile = ch 3 (or ch), then dc into the previous tile's ch space; at the end of each diagonal row, ch and add a new tile — "repeat to increase both sides" until the piece reaches full width. Decrease section (top of chart): start each row by sl st across the first tile (no new tile), work tiles to the end — "repeat to decrease both sides" to close the square. Each tile = a small block of ch + 3 dc; color changes per tile follow the pixel color chart. Stitch key: oval = chain (ch), dot = slip stitch (sl st), vertical bar = double crochet (dc).
