Blue-and-White Snowflake (symbol chart) — 6-point snowflake worked from a magic ring. Rnd 1: MR; ch 3 (counts as first dc), work double-crochet spokes evenly around the ring and join with sl st to form 6 dc spokes. Rnd 2: build each spoke outward with 2-3 stacked dc. Arms: at the end of each spoke work a central chain spike (about ch 6 with a ch-picot at the tip), then a shorter chain branch on each side of the spike (about ch 4 each, ch-picot tip), and sl st back to the spoke base.
