Frequently asked questions

How does the folded body work?

Work an oval around a ch-6 base for three rounds, then on round 4 crochet 3 sc, fold and cross to the opposite side and continue — this pinches the oval into the goose's body-and-head shape.

How do I close the top?

Thread the tail through the front loops only of the last round and pull tight like a drawstring, then sew flat.
