Frequently asked questions
Is this a good project for a beginner amigurumi maker?
Small fish amigurumi are usually beginner-friendly, relying mainly on single crochet worked in rounds with simple increases and decreases for the body shaping.
What yarn and hook should I use?
The pattern does not specify materials. A worsted or DK acrylic with a slightly smaller hook than the label suggests gives a tight, stuffing-proof fabric typical of amigurumi.
