Flying Bird — Wings, Body & Edging

Wings (make 2)
MR, 8 hdc (do not pull the ring tight), turn
8 hdc-inc, turn
hdc, hdc-inc, dc, inc, 4x(sc, inc), dc, hdc-inc, hdc, hdc — fasten off

Body (make 2)
Ch 2, turn and work flat (every row below is turned):
sc
turning ch, inc
turning ch, sc, inc
ch 2 (turn), 3 hdc
(repeat 3 hdc for 4 more rows)
ch 3 (turn), 3 sl-st-inc

Eyes: knot brown yarn into eyes and attach to the face
Edging: with a color yarn, hold front and back together and sc once around the whole body
