Frequently asked questions

Do the two panels differ?

Only in Row 5 — the front panel has the chicken's head facing right and the back panel has it facing left, so the two sides mirror each other.

Where do the comb, beak and wattle attach?

All three are worked directly into the slip stitches of Rnd 6, so there is nothing to sew on afterwards.

How long should the strap be?

Ch 120 for a neck strap for the egg pouch, ch 38 for an earphone-pouch strap, or ch 6 for a small hanging loop.
