Micro-Crochet Monstera Leaf — Split-Leaf Charm Worked in No. 80 white lace thread with a 0.5mm hook; dye to the shade you like after crocheting. Ch 12 to start. Step 1: From 2nd ch: sc, hdc, 2 sl st. Step 2: 2 sc, then 4 elongated sl sts — pull up a long loop and sl st into the 3rd st of Step 1 (forms the first split); ch 1, then into the big loop work (2 dc, 3 sc). Step 3: 2 sc, 5 elongated sl sts joining into the 3rd st inside the Step-2 loop; ch 1, into the big loop work (hdc, 3 dc, hdc, 3 sc). Step 4: 2 sc, 6 elongated sl sts joining into the 5th st inside the Step-3 loop; ch 2, into the big loop work (5 dc, hdc, 3 sc).
